How I Work

My work is rooted in integrative medicine, blending Traditional
East Asian medicine with modern physiology and current
reproductive research.

I offer collaborative care alongside fertility clinics and OB-GYNs,
and I stay current with emerging research so your treatment is
both evidence-informed and deeply individualized.

Western medicine excels in diagnostics and intervention.
Traditional East Asian medicine offers a different lens, one that
focuses on patterns, constitution, and the subtle regulation of
the nervous system, all of which profoundly influence hormones
and fertility. Together, these approaches often lead to better
outcomes because they support the body from a more holistic
perspective.

I use acupuncture and herbal medicine, to support your body’s
natural regulatory capacity so that whatever path you are on,
whether natural conception, IUI, IVF, or cycle regulation, your
system feels steadier, more resilient, and better supported.

My Path To This Work

I earned my doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Daoist Traditions College in Asheville, NC and a graduate degree in Integrative Medicine from AOMA in Austin, TX.

Before opening my own practice, I worked in a fertility- focused clinic supporting hundreds of patients through natural conception, IVF, IUI, and pregnancy. That experience shaped my clinical focus on reproductive health, hormonal balance, and cycle regulation.

Becoming a parent deepened that understanding even further. Experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, and the everyday realities of caring for a child expanded my appreciation for how much support families need through each stage of life.

Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me adventuring around with my five-year-old, riding bikes through the neighborhood, exploring parks, and appreciating the magic of Portland’s foliage (hurray for cherry blossoms!) I also love reading books on metaphysics, practicing daoist
meditation, knitting, and soaking in water whenever possible.

At the heart of my life and work is a simple intention: to be of service to my community and to help people feel more connected and supported in their bodies, so there is more space for ease, vitality, and joy.
